Maxime chevrier
Maxime Chevrier is a sports psychology consultant, psychology teacher, author and speaker. A graduate of UQTR in psychology, Maxime also specialized in cognitive training and concussion management. He is also one of the few in Canada to have advanced training on the NeuroTracker, a cognitive tool, which can be particularly beneficial for athletes, the management of concussions and as a tool for ADHD.
Maxime’s track record is well filled and recognized thanks to his many years of experience in the field, which have benefited numerous young people, amateur, professional and Olympic athletes. Whether for mental preparation, stress management or others, Maxime helps athletes reach their full potential and perform at their highest level. Maxime is also the co-author of the book entitled “Psychopathology: An integrated approach”, published in 2011 and republished in 2017, which is used in the curricula of several colleges and universities.

Jonathan Bibeau
Jonathan's goal is to enable athletes to reach their full potential.
Jonathan completed his studies in kinesiology at the University of Quebec in Trois-Rivières. He has also trained in weightlifting and specializes in developing the physical conditioning and cognitive skills of athletes from different disciplines.
He started karate at the age of 7 and moved on to baseball and football until the end of high school. It was at the age of 18 that he began the regular practice of contact sports and participated in several mixed martial arts fights across Quebec as well as Brazilian jiu-jitsu competitions.
Jonathan will be an amateur boxing trainer until the beginning of his university training. Then, he will be responsible for weightlifting and self-defense courses to now focus on the physical and cognitive development of football, hockey and mixed martial arts athletes.

Louis-Philippe Blanchet
Mr. Blanchet holds two Bachelor's degrees from UQAM, in kinesiology and business administration. He has been working in the sports-studies hockey program for nearly 15 years.
From 2015 to 2020, he was the head coach of the Lauréats du Cegep de Saint-Hyacinthe (RSEQ D1). During his stay with the Laureates, in addition to having won the Championship series-season in 2019, he accumulated a record of 92-38-15.
Several players who played under Mr. Blanchet are now playing in the QMJHL, the NCAA or in professional leagues.
He has owned the physical training company OPTIMAL PERFORMANCE since 2012.
In addition to his hockey specialization, he also wore the colors of the UQÀM Citadins golf team for two seasons on the Quebec university circuit.

Joanie Seguin
Member of the Professional Order of Dietitians of Quebec, Joanie is passionate about food and sports. Indeed, she herself practices running with her dogs, indoor training and hiking on a regular basis, in addition to being always ready to try a new sport: golf, surfing, flag football, kayaking… anything goes.
As for nutrition, she tried to satisfy her passion with her bachelor's degree in dietetics from McGill University, but cannot help but continue to inform herself and acquire new knowledge on the subject.
In addition to being passionate about sports nutrition, Joanie is overflowing with culinary creativity and loves to cook and then share her new recipes. Having traveled to each continent before the age of 20, his recipes are tinged with his various journeys as well as his nutritional notions. Joanie also loves gardening and finds true satisfaction in harvesting and including the fruit of her efforts in her recipes.
Having a penchant for more vegetable recipes, she loves to introduce this kind of cuisine to those who are used to eating it or not. His favorite word in nutrition is balance and believes it is entirely possible to include all foods in a healthy diet. Joanie will know how to help you in your next challenge.

Kamille Thivierge
My goal as a kinesiologist is to succeed in integrating and educating the client in their journey, whether it is towards optimizing their performance and/or their physical abilities.

Sports first responder training
Kamille was a soccer player aged 6-21 (Quebec Games, Soccer AA, student-athlete Collège de Valleyfield). Sports practiced in the past: gymnastics (duration of 7 years), volleyball (duration of 3 years), figure skating (duration of 2 years) and softball (in progress) & Fan of training since CEGEP.
Former athlete of various sports but more particularly of Women's Soccer, specific training and injuries have always been part of my daily life and have allowed me to develop this thirst for knowledge for the human body, movement and rehabilitation.
Instructor of group classes during the university course, the group experience taught me to work with various clienteles and to develop resourcefulness and an ability to adapt in connection with the types of training. I did several types of group classes such as aquafitness, cardio-cycling and cross-training. I also participated in the physical aptitude tests leading to the hiring of Firefighters Shawinigan.

Raphaëlle Marcoux
Passionate about human relations and personal development, Raphaëlle completed her bachelor's degree in psychology at the University of Quebec in Montreal in 2017. Driven by the desire to support and help workers, managers and organizations reach their full potential. , she then began her doctorate in occupational psychology at the University of Montreal and plans to complete it in 2022.
Raphaëlle's interests and expertise mainly relate to training design, career support, as well as the prevention and promotion of psychological well-being in the workplace and in various management practices. Raphaëlle is recognized for her ability to guide and target individual and organizational needs as well as to co-create, with you, solutions supported by science, but above all, adapted to your reality.
Les intérêts et l’expertise de Raphaëlle touchent principalement la conception de formation, l’accompagnement de carrière ainsi que la prévention et la promotion du bien-être psychologique en milieu de travail et dans les différentes pratiques de gestion. Raphaëlle est reconnue pour sa capacité à guider et cibler les besoins individuels et organisationnels ainsi qu’à co-créer, avec vous, des solutions appuyées par la science, mais surtout, adaptées à votre réalité.

Catherine Brunet Beauséjour CAT (C)
Catherine is a Certified Athletic Therapist. She graduated from Concordia University in 2021, Department of Health, Kinesiology and Applied Physiology with a specialty in Athletic Therapy.
Catherine covers various sporting events for Cégep de Valleyfield and Collège Bourget, in addition to offering her therapeutic treatment services.
She is also the athletic therapist for the Valleyfield Braves hockey team of the Quebec Junior AAA League (LHJAAAQ). In her past experience, she has also worked on football and rugby teams, including two training camps for the Montreal Alouettes.
