At Synapse Plus, we work with serious athletes of all ages and skill levels to help them learn and hone several important skills.
We believe our work is worth it because those same mental skills that athletes use to succeed in sport can be used to succeed in other areas of their lives.
Our types of interventions are multimodal and are not limited only to athletes, but also to parents, coaches and associations.

Support the athlete, both in an emergency situation and to work on certain difficulties.
